West Oz Leather

West Oz Leather is a Perth (Boorloo) social group for queer people into leather, latex, kink and fetish gear, operating under the values 'Honour. Unity. Respect' and welcoming all gender identities. Its main event is West Connect, a monthly afternoon gear social (currently at The Bird in Northbridge, previously Moana Hall) with a welcome drink, grazing food, a roaming photographer, changing areas and coat check; any gear is welcome as long as genitals are covered. Entry is by Humanitix ticket ($15 online) or $20 at the door.

The Kink College

The Kink College is a Perth kink and BDSM education organisation whose stated mission is to promote safety and a healthy community through workshops, discussion groups and events. It runs at least one dungeon night a month and a workshop every second month (including an Intro to Kink evening on consent, communication and safety), bimonthly Submissive, Switch and Dominant discussion groups, a Kink Corner booth at Sexpo, and provides dungeon-monitor services for private events; rope classes are referred to partner venue Shibari Perth. Events are ticketed through Eventbrite and attendees are expected to follow the published Etiquette and Boundaries guidelines.
