A public front door to local kink community, built for people who are curious and don't know where to start.
Why this exists
Local kink communities are run by volunteers, and they're hard to find on purpose and by accident. Big event sites bury their listings, meetup platforms force their groups private, and the largest community network keeps most of its pages behind a login. Search for a munch in your city and you'll mostly find articles from years ago.
Hedonist is a plain, public directory: who's organizing what, where, with a link to their own site. No account is needed to browse.
How listings work
- Every listing is an independent organization with its own public website. We link to it and we don't speak for it.
- We check for recent, dated activity before listing anything, and recheck on a schedule.
- We never publish a private home address. If a space shares its address only with members, so do we.
- Munches are listed only when their organizer opts in.
- Any organization can correct or remove its listing, no questions asked.
What we don't do
- No explicit content, anywhere on the site.
- No fake or staff-run profiles, ever.
- No advertising trackers and no selling or sharing of member data.
- No escort, companionship-for-pay or other commercial sexual service listings.
