Leeds
Leeds has a scene, but almost all of it lives on Facebook and inside members' clubs; Manchester is fifty minutes away with a full calendar.
Liverpool
Liverpool's public side is the Liverpool Leathermen's monthly social and a peer rope jam over on the Wirral. Most other kink groups organise privately; Manchester has the bigger calendar.
London
The deepest public scene in Europe: Torture Garden, warehouse nights in Hackney Wick, two rope studios, a monthly alternative market and Soho's fetish shops.
Manchester
A men's fetish club, a monthly rope jam and a play night in Bury, plus one of the UK's longest-running munches.
Newcastle
A small but active scene: a monthly kink social at Zerox run by F-Society, plus a new beginners' rope workshop series. Other groups meet privately or on FetLife.
Nottingham
Nottingham Rope runs the East Midlands' regular classes and jams. A local couples' club also advertises occasional beginner kink workshops; most other groups organise privately.
Sheffield
Sheffield's public scene is small: LEATHERDYKE, a queer leather club night, plus a twice-yearly alternative market. Most groups organise privately; Manchester and Leeds have more listings.
