Stopgap
Stopgap is a kink club in SoMa near Civic Center BART, in the building that once housed the SF Citadel, with an accessible ground-floor social and play area and a 3,100 sq ft basement dungeon of crosses, benches and cages. It runs its own monthly House Party, Board Games & Bondage and a queer leather dungeon night, hosts AfterDark's parties, and rents by the hour to organizers and instructors; the address is sent with tickets.

Black Thorn is a private themed dungeon in a Victorian house near Lake Merritt, rented by the hour for play dates, small parties and photo or video shoots, with six themed rooms and private parking. It also runs an education program of monthly online classes with a scholarship option; bookings require ID and a signed waiver.
KinkStore SF
The Kink Store on Sixth Street is Kink.com's retail shop and a 4,500 sq ft purpose-built play space with suspension rigging, dungeon furniture and an aftercare area. It hosts the monthly State of Ropes rope jam, Monday-night classes, Twisted Windows events and ticketed play parties such as Kinkoween; all events are 18+ with photo ID, no alcohol, no photography.
Paradox SF
Paradox is a newer SoMa kink club used by several Bay Area producers: The 15 Association's play parties and dungeon-monitor training, AfterDark's themed parties and Praxium's primal-play workshops all run there. The club's own site publishes only its event rules and points to Instagram, so check the host group's ticket page for each night's entry requirements.
