The city's long-running leather, bear and pup bar, open around the clock with no cover; the upstairs Eagle opens Thursday to Sunday from 9pm with a no-bags rule. It is home base for Crescent City Leathermen and Lords of Leather meetings and a stop on NOLA Leather Fest. A bar, not a play party.
