Department H is one of Tokyo's oldest fetish parties, a monthly all-night event at Tokyo Kinema Club in Uguisudani that welcomes every kind of fetish, costume and gender expression. It opens at midnight on the first Saturday of the month. Dress-code and entry details are posted on its blog before each night.
